Remote Support - Option 1

This installation allows the support agent to connect to your computer. This is a one time installation and the agent can connect to your computer at your request any time with no additional software installations.

Version 1 - Windows 2000 and above, Version 2 - Mac OS 10.3 to 10.5

Instructions for installing remote control host software.
1) Download and run the correct version of remote control software.
2) When asked to name your computer, type your first and last name and then computer description.
          Example: Garrett Delano (Dell Office Desktop)
3) Your screen may flicker as this is normal.
4) After installation has been completed, restart your computer.

Now that installation has completed, the support agent can connect remotely to your computer and do any service necessary.

Remote Support - Option 2

Method two for remote support is through a per-session software suit. This process has to be done every time the computer needs to be serviced.

1) Open internet explorer or Safari and browse to fastsupport.com
2) Enter in your name and the support key provided by your support agent.
3) The website will install a small, virus free program used to administer your computer. Click YES or OPEN to any pop-ups.

A small window will appear in the lower right corner telling you your session has started. At this point the support agent can view your screen and perform any service needed.
